Can’t they make 130 toll-free instead or something? Or somehow incentivize trucks and other passing-through vehicles to use it as an alternate route? I have no idea how to make that happen but anything is better than expanding I35 at this point, and that doesn’t even account for the hell that the current construction is already causing.
