As cliché as it might sound, flying. It just always feels so freeing.

I’m not quite able to lucid dream but when I’m close I’m either running way too fast, jumping crazy high, flying some sort of spaceship, or some very thrilling sexy dancing.

It’s like I’m myself inside a version of me playing in the holodeck. I feel everything and I’m fully invested. I mostly see through my own eyes but sometimes get an out of body view. As soon as I start making decisions or planning I start to wake up. I only have about 45 seconds until I’m fully awake. And it just happens sometimes. I don’t know how to make it happen on purpose.

For me it’s just trying to react in a way that doesn’t destabilize the dream? Like years ago when I became lucid in a dream it just felt like an earthquake and I woke up. Now I just realize it and try and be very careful to not do anything so suddenly or I’ll wake up.

Yeah, flying is always fun. I usually just end up either flying around or following the dream and seeing where it goes. I don’t always have that much control over the dream but when I do, summoning random objects, a pen or a new pair of shoes or whatever I might need. Oh, and talking to dream characters! Asking if they know they’re a part of my dream, what I should do in the dream, so on.
