This isn’t election advice, it’s false claims that crimes are happening. Generally the police are in charge of investigating crimes.

False alarm, I just saw a totally legit-looking FBI video explaining that this was all a prank and to invest in rubles.
Really, that’s weird because I just saw the same video but they said to invest in shekels.
