I finally managed to cut back and this latest catastrophe has me eyeing the bottle again.

drinking and smoking for me. I ditched the booze early this year because it was worsening my health and mentality. unfortunately literally everyone I know is a heavy drinker and I live in a small town with nothing to do but go to the bar. it’s rough out here man. getting sober nuked my social life but at least I don’t have to deal with hangovers anymore.

Nah, I’m just skewing the average.

They cannot do anything else so might as well.

That’s definitely how alcoholism tends to manifest.

We also have alcoholic mountain dew now. The rise of options and microbrews…if I could NEVER have another bitter ass IPA…
