If one hero in current ow2 state would be next hero in overwatch classic (without any changes to other heroes), what would be the most overpowered hero?

My pick would probable be Juno with high healing and really fast ult charge. Mauga would be my second pick since there is no ana. Roadhog and dva would also be strong even with open queue health.
