This year my wife and I have 2 under 2. We’re both pretty fried right now, and other than getting together a bit in the afternoon with some family I don’t think we’ll be doing much of anything. That’s plenty ok with me, but I still like living vicariously through other dad’s weekend plans!

My teenagers will be at a week-long summer camp. So my wife and I can do whatever we want. ;)

Still trying to figure that out. We had a BBQ planned with my in-laws today, but the daughter came home from daycare with a fever last night.

I would clean (prep to stain) the deck, but we have rain forecasted for most of the upcoming week.

It’s trending toward a drink and some video games.

My wife’s a Soldier and TDY the moment. I hope my son’s will call. I’m guessing my wife and daughter have plotted something and my daughter will manage my Sunday.

Leaving the day open for wife-and-kid-planned shenanigans sounds like a really good thing to do… I’m gonna have to remember this over the next few years

My baby is only three months old so my wife and I definitely have our hands full! We’re still trying to figure things out. On Mother’s Day I got her flowers and arranged for her parents to watch the baby so we could go to brunch. I figure my wife will probably do the same for me. If I get the time I’ll go on a long run too.

I do nothing out of the ordinary on Father’s day, I tell my wife and kids I don’t want or need anything. I personally don’t care for the day.
