Now, Fusion Retro Books have teamed up with Pixel Jockey to run another Kickstarter campaign to fund 3D Combat Classics, which is a collector’s edition cassette boxset release of three games for the ZX Spectrum  by Realtime Games.     I wasted enough of my childhood waiting 15m for the game to load, only to crash after leaving the title screen. never going back to that authentic experience.

      I remember, when playing RoboCop on the Spectrum, when you died you had to rewind the tape to the right place so you could reload just that one level. I died so much I could rewind the tape to exactly right place on the first try.
