Summary

Steve Bannon’s trial on state charges of conspiracy and money laundering related to the WeBuildTheWall Inc. charity has been postponed to February 25.

Prosecutors allege misuse of donor funds, including over $600,000 to pay off a credit card debt linked to another Bannon nonprofit.

The judge is also considering whether to keep the jury anonymous, following a request by prosecutors.

Bannon recently completed a federal prison sentence for contempt of Congress.

So, it’s delayed until just after the pardon powers kick in?

    How… coincidental…

This is a NY state criminal trial, the president can only pardon federal crimes. Doesn’t mean shenanigans can’t happen but it’s unlikely to go away the moment Trump gets into office.

    Sooooo…he’s walking away free then?

I don’t have any trust that friends of trump will face any consequences for anything.
