When you hold a button you can cause 2B to “self-destruct” it’s a last ditch move that deals a ton of damage in a large area and leaves you at very low health and in classic japanese game fashion also causes her skirt to be destroyed. That’s why you see her how she is above. 😁

Edit: When you do it as 9S he loses his pants and A2 loses her shirt/babydoll thing.
