I’m conflicted. I do get that it’s not fair that wages are higher in Switzerland but it does get complicated quick. What’s stopping a team from having say 51% of the team in Switzerland and the rest in the UK and getting a competitive advantage that way. But I suppose teams could already do that and outsource to India but they don’t so maybe that’s a moot argument.
