Boiling down a film like Catching Fire into a two-minute piece of music is a unique art form. The guys at Immediate Music have been pumping out high-adrenaline scores for 20 years.
Two Steps From Hell also deserves a shout out for their trailer scores.
Totally agree. They made a lot of epic sounding trailer music. Their “Freedom Fighters” track for the Star Trek (2009) trailer still gives me goosebumps. Well fitting.

As a film nerd and amature musician I’m amazed that I did not know this. Must go back and watch classic trailers now.
Do they just handle the music, or are they the ones putting the few good scenes in bad movies in the trailers?
