    For example why shouldn’t companies be allowed to put lead in food for kids, it’s cheap and SCOTUS will ensure you cannot sue the company for it.

      Why shouldn’t we just privatize weather warnings so you have to pay $40 bucks a month to even see a radar map, let alone get a tornado warning just before the newly classified F-6 tornado is currently eating your town.

        Because, and you’ll like this, the real reason weather reporting exists is it’s commercial uses. Companies need this Intel to function. Farmers especially.

          So what you’re saying is, these entities are dependent on that data? Sounds like a captive lucrative, untapped market to me.
