I have a Triban RC100 and am looking to convert it to 11 speed. Seeing as I had a budget, I found Sensah Srx Pro and Shimano Rs100 wheels. That was when I got stuck.

I am looking to have some lower gears that would work offroad so what cassette would be compatible?

Thank you for your help.

Man, more I looked in to it the more I ask if it would be better to use decathlon buy back program and buy another bike (like GRVL 120).

But if I would suggest to look in to Microshift Advent X or sword shifters/derailleurs. They are cheaper, only 10 speed (that’s good enough) and you can get decent gear range also if you go 2x it gets to even larger. It is compatible with shimano and fully mechanical.

I bikepack with 34/46 front and 11-42 back 10 speed and it is just barely enough gears.

I was thinking of using the Sensah Pro derailler and levers, that is if the mechanical levers are compatible with my rim brakes.

The derailler can go up to 50 or 52 teeth I think.

Seems like it’s designed for shimano so it looks like you’ll be fine with an 11 speed hyperglide road cassette with a spacer. Assuming you’re planning for a single ring up front. I agree it seems to go up to 52 teeth in the lowest gear.

Do you think the levers would work with my rim brakes? I heard it could make the brakes dangerous if the levers are not correct.

I can see someone with a Triban on Ali Xpress with rim brakes so you’re probably fine. You need specific levers for v brakes but you probably have road rim brakes yeah?
