Well, no one really knows for sure where she is right now. Only that she safely crossed the border where our ability to track her is lost.
I hope she’s alright and her family gets some kind of closure/understanding.
But, as an adult, you do have the right to “disappear,” essentially. If there’s no foul play, and she’s a legal adult, she has the right to do this if she’s willfully choosing to do so.
