US is 70%? That may have been true in 2020 but that was very clearly a record high.
Australia has over 90% and doesn’t have PR.
NZ does not have PR. It has constituencies like Britain, with multiple members based on a quota.
Australia isn’t a good representation since it’s compulsory to vote; unless you’re suggesting Canada should enact laws doing the same.
