A contractor poured concrete that [leveled] up with the seating area, making it impossible to use.
I wouldn’t say impossible, but I sure do like a challenge.
This screams “malicious compliance”/“not my job”.
Willing to bet the guy who did this got in serious trouble for exercising common sense before.
Why would you consider this world news?
Maybe it’s a tourism psy op for Thailand.
