- treatment of players
- some specification of DOGSO (Denial Of Goal Scoring Opportunity)
- treatment of injured players
- clarification of “deliberate play” from the defender in regards to offside
Combating time wasting is good.
Another I’d like to see immediately is only the captain able to speak to the ref. No surrounding them.
