USA is batshit crazy. Elite class is trying to remind peasants to stay in their lane…

If you hang out online you probably hear worse “threats” on a daily basis. The fact that a sitting judge signed a probable cause affidavit on thin air is insane.

Just the system working as intended. Ugh.

You have far too much faith in local judges. Many are elected or appointed and aren’t attorneys.

Clickbait alert!! The actual quote was: “Delay, deny, depose. You people are next,”. She’s not in trouble for the delay, deny, depose… she’s in trouble for the second bit (which is a threat).

Title is definitely clickbaity. But they include the full quote in the article.

But that’s literally not a threat. Next what? Pat on the head? A kiss on cheek? “Delay, Deny, Depose” doesn’t have a definition outside the media narrative. One could argue it was implied, but with her having no registered arms or other convictions it wouldn’t even pass the First Amendment. She was clearly venting her frustration, which is protected speech.

The difference between a threat and a warning can be thin, but in this case she’s not saying she will do it. People may Infer a threat, but it could as easily be meant as a warning

There is no crime. She won’t be convicted. The police are just intimidating.
