Old school cheat codes like this were so fun. If it weren’t such a licensing nightmare, it’d be fun if newer games had more easter eggs like this.
These codes worked on the arcade cabinets, too. I’d always play with big head mode at the arcade. But to be fair, I had Internet access and knew about GameFaqs.
Stupid ads. They could have just said, “play as Raiden from Mortal Kombat!” But no, it specifically had to be from Mortal Kombat 4 to get kids to buy both games.
Good catch. I didn’t even notice that. I want to be like you when I grow up. See the strings that control the system.
