Can someone see my email, or metadata in the files if I publicly share the proton drive file?

I don’t believe so, but, the content in the file itself can give away clues to origin. For instance, if it’s a photo, the EXIF data in it, etc.
I’m pretty sure it’s (your account information) subpoena-able because the files are held inside of a virtual partition.
