Imagine thinking anything in the metaverse would be free (or real)

Well, it will be sort of initially. Get people hooked and then jack the price. See uber.

Nobody will EVER live “free” in the “Metaverse”. Facebook will skull fuck every users VR rig until the rigs bleed grease. They will know if a moth farts in the corner of your room, and they will target ads at that moth until it questions it’s place in the house.

Sorry, I’m using the wrong tense here… Meta is already BLATENTLY doing this. Do not EVER buy an Oculus product and use that thing out-of-the-box.

Im amazed this sort of thing is making a comeback after the 90s-00s era of store cards and pay later that lead to so many people in debt and having to learn debt management etc before the govermwnt had to legislate to stop these cards having silly APR.

I’m not young, but I’ll never own a house again. I’ve lost one in a divorce and one in a move (moving from a cheap area to an expensive area). I’m heartbroken, to be honest.

And I’m going to stay well away from Meta.

You all joke but in the 90s my dad would take us to a local pizza place because they allowed postdated checks.
