Link is to the announcement in their Steam group. Text is as follows:
This is goodbye my friends and fools
Who would have ever thought the jewel runners of TF2 would lose to some stupid API? Not us! Unfortunately Valve’s unstable API and the impossible rewrite of the site we would have to tackle to even mitigate a tiny part of the issues is a colossal task.
Since we are no longer able to deliver the quality we always aimed for and see no way of this ever changing considering the API issues have only gotten worse over the years - we have decided to shut down Bazaar.
It’s been a fight for years to keep the site running to be honest and at the end of the score card, Valve won. “We always have to be in the middle of the action 'cause we’re the warriors. And without some challenge, without some damn war to fight then the warriors might as well be dead, Stallion.”
This does not mean we lost at all however. How many sites with much better structure and financial support we outlived, how many friends we made, how many great interactions with our user base we had - nothing will ever take that away! “I think we make a real sharp couple of coconuts – I’m dumb, you’re shy, Whaddaya think, huh?”
11 years man. This is the most painful announcement I have ever written. We want to sincerely thank everyone who helped bring the site to what it is today. The original founders, all the former staff, all the current staff but most importantly - YOU. Without our great community we would have been nothing but a few nostalgic idiots headbutting trading for 11+ years. Whether a donator, a non donator or even a banned user. We thank you ALL for making our YEARS!
I can not describe how much this experience meant to all of us, former and present. It was an absolute blast to be able to share our work and passion with you. We fought to keep the site alive as long as possible, mostly because we can not sing or dance but that is not the point. We wanted to provide a haven to those who still appreciate trading as we do. Person to person, talking, negotiating. We can not thank you enough for helping us keep traditional trading alive for all this time.
All we wanted to do is go the distance. For us. For you. We did it Adrian! “Going in one more round when you don’t think you can - that’s what makes all the difference in your life.”
Cordially and for one last time,
Inu

The site will stay up for 7 days so save what you want.
Out of the loop: What are the API issues they’re facing?
I’m not 100% sure, but I have anecdotally noticed Steam inventories being down a lot recently, it’s seemed unstable. I’ve had a few trades cancelled on scrap.tf over it.
