Even before his stroke on camera or whatever it is, he looked dead. He’s extremely pale, his eyes are sunken and his neck skin has sagged so far down his face, his chin has disappeared.
This guy must have made a deal with Satan to still be alive at this point. He’s surviving on pure hatred.
He’s Palpatine after being shocked by lighting, and we all knew he was evil in the movies. Where’s our Darth Vader to take him out?
