      How about an equal retaliation? I propose that NATO should calculate what fraction of Finland’s international bandwidth was cut, NATO should cut Internet cables to Russia in quantity sufficient to disconnect a similar proportion.

      Also, arrest everyone on that boat.

        Revoke Russian ship’s right to “innocent passage” out of the Baltic Sea. Since it cannot be assumed to be innocent anymore.
