I was totally surprised when I learned that people in the UK town my home town is twinned with actually knew Freddy Frinton and Dinner for One. It is Grimsby, Freddy Frintons birth place. I was actually looking for the commemorative plaque of his birthplace house that is currently stored in the Grimsby Town Hall just three weeks ago.
