Pretty despicable that the universal service obligation hasn’t been extended to the big couriers imo. Evri should be getting heavily fined, but instead these villagers will have to muck around with each retailer, who then have to get evri to refund/return stuff
I’ve always found evri to be good and its always them I choose when posting but this is terrible!! Surely an investigation into who the delivery people were for this area, or the collection point for dispatch, would indicate where the parcels were?
Evri are absolutely awful, it would be really good (though I’m in no way holding my breath) if they were in some way held accountable
Knew this was Evri before looking at the article. If online retailers gave shoppers a choice of courier at checkout, i can guarantee Evri would be fcked.
