At 12 sec it seems there is a shaped charge exploding down from above and then it looks like a 2nd charge doing the same. When the drone is zooming in, in these spots in the sky, we see two clouds floating above the radar.

The launcher is hit by something else, big enough that we can even see the projectile drop in fast at 18 sec near the cross-hairs.
