Met a cute wet Goldie looking for their owner, thankfully a number was on the name tag, guy on the phone made it sound like it wasn’t the first time their dog went on an adventure. Loved dogsitting for 5 minutes but now I smell wet dog lol

Started dementia treatment for my elderly guy who was diagnosed with this last week, maybe it’s just wishful thinking but he seems clearer already and a little less restless. Doesn’t have that lost look on his face, so hopefully this helps him have some comfort. The other one is as full of piss and vinegar as always, and made me wrestle a frozen wad of waxed paper he found on the ground while on a walk yesterday out of his mouth, which he thinks is totally hilarious. Very funny dog.

Right now Kika be like: “meeeOOOWWW MEOOOOWWW MEOOOOOWWWW” (translation: “I hunts and you sees my prey!”). It’s a bit annoying but I’m glad that such an old kitty still has the energy to play.

Siegfrieda found her newest sleeping spot: inside the kitchen cabinet. I’m not a fan of the idea but… meh, I gave up telling her to get out.
