Hey, my marriage is not even disfunctional and I still I’ve been dry for years! The only thing that sucks is life

I stayed in a marriage like that for far longer than I care to admit. Best of luck. Feel free to DM if you want to commiserate.

Have you tried marriage counseling? Also not a bad idea to talk to ag therapist yourself. I went to a sex therapist and it helped my marriage a lot.

How does a sex therapist help? I’ve always wondered.

I find having sex can actually help a relationship and if a sex therapist can bump how often you have sex that can help a lot. Btw I’m not suggesting you need to have sex like every day or else your marriage is doomed but like once a week or at least once a month can help.

sex / intimacy is essential to a healthy marriage, its basically physical communication and just the same as verbal communication, without the relationship is doomed in the long run

Isn’t it different for each couple? As long as there isn’t a huge libido mismatch and ongoing communication?

you can make it work sure but if you last as a couple is just a bit less likely…someone is not going to be satisfied and frustration eats at the relationship as time passes.

now im not somekind of expert, just speaking from my own experiences and observations 🤷‍♂️
