Preparing chicken in two styles fried in tallow, vs air fried.
I think the clear winner is tallow for the crispiness.

Even if the fried in a pan is actually a bit tastier because it gets more of the umami flavors, I really like the one from the air fryer a lot, it has this rotisserie chicken vibe to it without the need to have a big machine at home to grill tens of chickens at the same time.
Less cleanup on the air frier too; I suppose if you basted the chicken a few times in the air frier it would form a crunchy crust too
