I found that Recall Inscription is not using tome charges and Light Reading is not allowing use of the unequipped tome.

    I can confirm both of these in beta 1.2. You can still open the book, but the spells are all disabled.

    I’ll have to wait for a patch so I can finish my current run. 😄 Then again… free scrolls.
