Isn’t “contempt” a grammatical tense in French?
Most French are actually quite nice. The whole “French are rude” meme in the anglosphere stems mostly from USians going to Paris and Paris only and then speaking very loudly to the locals in English. Parisians are not as nice as the other 99% of France, and nobody likes ignorant tourists acting as if they were at home.
Can confirm. If you try to at least mumble some French words like “Bonjour, est-ce que… je…” before switching to English, 99% of French people are super nice.
Good luck to them, hope their relationship with Russia is successful just like it is for Transnistria
As opposed to their very successful relationship with France? Like my man the word “neo-colonialism” was literally made to describe French actions in post-colonial Africa.
That won’t matter to the people in power who will get rich… it is the oligarch way.
