    Peertube, odyssey, even I suppose Reddit (enable posting to your profile, make a profile that’s just for this or you don’t mind being connected to, upload a video there, link).

    No. The upload of video was never invented. Its an internet myth that video can be uploaded

      I once thought I saw Stu Henson of Illinois State University upload a video to IRC in ‘99, but he said it was only the opening animation of his AOL disk.
