      It’s weird bc I’ve heard they have the texture but the taste isn’t good. Same for a lot of the other larger isopods.

        I wonder… they always say proteins are largely flavored by what they consume… think corn fed beef. I wonder if they taste bad because they consume a large amount of detritus?
