I noticed that there hasn’t been any new post made for a while, and I am a bit too into world building to stay silent

What are your ideas for events, if you don’t like events then would you like to share some of your current projects?

And, if you’re seeing this, even if you don’t have an opinion, just leave an upvote or a comment!

I think weekly or monthly prompts would go a long way to making this community more active!

I might give it a try (both to give myself stuff to do and bring activity to the community)

Currently interested in climates in fictional worlds, so might make a post on that later

Checking in! I was made a mod for this place earlier on, and then my writing habits hit a wall, onto the next monomaniacal obsession. I always come back sooner or later, but if you have plans for this community I’m all ears and I’ll help if I can.

      Right, thanks for the response

I think I am going to move forward by putting out guides rather than events and sharing my projects

It would also be nice to be able to discuss solutions for stuff, for example, setting up ExoPlasim is ordinarily a huge mess for most people so we could develop an image already ready for usage

Maybe I’m just thinking a bit too big?

I had never heard of exoplasim. You know how to use it? That would be an incredible benefit to the community (or at least me, I’ve got a planet that could benefit from simulation. How does it do with binary stars?)

Events would be cool, but the community is a bit too quiet at the moment to sustain any real buzz. I think we’d want to focus on building our user base to build up to that.

ExoPlasim was never intended for us so by the time it’s done you would usually be finished :P

          (About 2-7 days)

I have a VM that runs ExoPlasim fine, don’t remember how I managed to set it up though and it’s, again, a pain to debug and use so I didn’t touch it again

And yes, yes I agree, but worldbuilding is honestly easy to get into so I might make some posts about some easy ways in
