I was reading the barks comics before I had any real exposure to the cartoons.
It was a bit of a WTF moment to see how they nerfed the character like that.
On the other hand, how do you write the way Donald talks?
Still too intelligible. Even Zalgo Text makes too much sense.
The Golden Age Barks comics are still the best.
