I’d take the wheel as well. Angle grinder, a couple of zip disks, and half an hour (safety gear assumed): you have a wheel and a pile of scrap metal.

This is setup because no reason to have car booted in that spot. It’s funny but that also looks like one for personal use. Official boots have a thing that blocks off the lug nuts as well.
