    Edit: also, I upvoted the post because it is on topic, technically. But this is really low quality information.

    I knew the title was bullshit because you don’t “almost have a heart attack”. You either do it you don’t. This means that variety, the person saying it, or something similar were just being hyperbolic. No need to read the article to know that.

    But, I went and looked anyway.

    Yup. Utter bullshit. It’s just the director saying someone in the screening said they were so into a scene that they almost had a heart attack. Which is excusable for some rando to use a colloquialism. It’s even excusable for a director to tell the story to hype their movie.

    But it’s utter and complete stupidity for anything that wants to pretend to be a legitimate film journalism site to waste people’s time by writing it up. And writing it up like that is inexcusable bullshit, and whoever did it needs to be laughed out of their job.
