The answer to your question is not that easy.

The PES is the Party of European Socialists. The PES comprises national-level socialist political parties from all the European Economic Area states (EEA) plus the United Kingdom.

So no, you can’t vote directly for the PES in any election. But you can vote for parties that are part of the PES in your national and the European elections.

Left leaning in some cases might be generous.
