Didn’t he build a wall 4 years ago? No need for troops if we have a wall right?
I’d love to see his face when he finds out that a lot of the troops he’s sending down there are hispanic as well.
Not sure how that’s supposed to fly with posse comitatus but there you go! Maybe immigration isn’t considered “domestic policy”? 🤔
iirc he’s gonna ‘declare’ an ‘emergency’ in order to post active duty military there.
“Domestic policy” isn’t the actual language it’s “execute the laws”
Not that it matters, since there are many notable exceptions that the executive branch can, more or less, handwave in.
