    Canadian boomer here (M, 67 yo) Always smoked weed, gave up alcohol at 30.
    Wifey joined me w/cannabis about 10 years ago, but was “discreet” about using.

    Since legalization, the explosion of open edible use amongst women, especially as a sleeping aid has been astronomical.
    And close to 100% of these new users would have laughed you off the planet if you’d suggested to them a decade ago that they’d be cannabis users today.

    Also, in a UK study about a decade ago, something like 90% of GPs surveyed said they’d never prescribe sleepers for themselves…
