This is GHO “Owlivia”, she was released last fall but she’s extremely clever, she learned if she looks in the ring camera at the rehab and waits, a tasty mouse snack appears from inside. She then takes her treat and flies off.

Wow. Amazing how clearly the reflection in her eye shows her human servant.
I had only looked at it on my phone, now I zoomed it on my laptop and it is indeed a clear image! Just shows you how much light collection those eyes are capable of!
Good for the human to be save behind bars.
