@JackGreenEarth Well, first I launched the web browser. Then I took a look at this start page. And that’s basically it.
Have you tried not launching the web browser? 100% fix rate for consistent icon sizes.

I don’t suppose you’re using any extensions that have control over stylesheets installed? If you can reliably repro that view, can you hit F12 and hover over the boundaries of the activities area to see what’s computed against it?
Can’t say I’ve seen this so far.
