      Well, there’s the second form participle used in the simple past (“I shook”) and the third participle used in the present perfect (“I have shaken”).

      Since OP is leading with Wouldiwas and not Wouldibeen, I think “shook” is fitting.

      I assume they were using the verb form, such as, “Shake the baby!”, and, “I already shook it!”, as opposed to the adjective form, “Oh look, a shaken baby!”
