Reasons for the arrest of children range from stone-throwing to participation in a gathering of merely 10 people without a permit, on any issue “that could be construed as political”.
Administrative Detention. Usually done for them showing even the slightest amount of resistance to the daily violence they experience from the IOF. Like many Palestinians, they also experience torture and sexual abuse in these prisons. There is no due process in these military courts, they are guilty with no need for evidence and no one to advocate for their rights.
