If they’d only had a good vocalist. Am i the only one having a hard time enjoying the beautifull music because of the vocals?

His erm… underwhelming singing is very endearing! Lol. Some singers are more of an acquired taste. And besides that, you can’t have Dinosaur Jr without J Mascis. He is the heart of the band.

I’m sure there are plenty of people who didn’t like Betty Davis’ vocals.
They’re all pretty unique singers, and they’re def not for everybody, but I don’t think they’re bad.
It’s never bothered me. It gives their sound some character. If I remember correctly, I didn’t always love it on the acoustic solo Martin + Me album, but even then it wasn’t a total dealbreaker.
