I bought this to cart the kids around. It just showed up yesterday.

Pros: The kids love it Great range Decent price I can take the seats off to pick up groceries

Cons: It took more than two weeks to ship and customer service wasn’t helpful in tracking The derailleur came unturned (it skips from 4th to 7th) A bit of a rough ride without shocks

Overall I think this is a pretty great bike for a good price and it’s changed my summer. It’s a pretty cool car replacement!

    4th to 7th gear must be a bit of a surprise to your legs, I’m guessing the electric smoothes that out a bit?

      It does but I just need to tune it a bit and it’ll shift correctly.

        My EP 2 pro was the same way, derailleur all jacked up. The brakes are super loud too, but they’re mechanical instead of hydraulic. Yours has hydraulic brakes, right?

          Yeah mine are hydraulic. They’re good! Not too loud.
