Even US will require significant sacrifice to achieve.

True military budget should include State + CIA propaganda/influence operations. Psyops and NGOs provide “correct democratic outcomes” for the US sometimes, and coercion to funnel contracts/privatization to CIA champions/oligarchs.
Aid to Ukraine and Israel and others is not part of military budget. Both use a loan mechanism. In case of Israel, loan is forgiven right away. Ukraine will be forced to sell more stuff cheaply to Blackrock to cancel loans it will never repay. It’s not even counted as an expense until the loan is forgiven/cancelled for other favours.
Trump will not accept other countries counting any State/Intelligence/Propaganda budgets to be included in their 5% of GDP military spending, and so he’s unlikely to change US accounting for what is part of US military budget.
Domestic grants and welfare/SS/medicare/energy transition support is far more likely to be cut than immigration enforcement/Israel support, or increased taxes on the rich.
