    tl;dr Facial recognition, phone tracking data, DNA, and all the other tools CBP has had on hand for 5 years.

    Basically all the things I tried to warn people about between Nov and January.

      That older stuff is definitely a problem as well, but this article is focusing just on new contracts for service since 2020 that mostly got started under Biden.

      Never a bad time to start warning people about these things, but more people should have been talking about this years before November.
