    Introduced in 2023, sent to committee in 2023, would take effect at the end of 2023.

    I don’t think this specific bill is going to go anywhere.

    “(Introduced 02/09/2023)”

    It was slated to take effect first at the end of 2023 and again at the end of 2024. It was never voted on.

    It’s dead unless someone re-introduces it.
